Cancelation Policy

You are free to cancel anytime. All we request is that you give us a 30-day notice.

This notice would be given in writing and sent by email to: or

otherwise billing and payments would continue to be charged on a continuum. This would apply to any annual subscriptions as well. Keep in mind that we do need a 30 days notice to cancel your subscription, so if your scheduled payment falls during that 30 day time period you are more than likely to be billed one final time.

Within your email please include the information your provided to us when you sign-up on Radconnection such as, your name, name of business, email address, phone number and your username. This info help us to expedite your cancelation request. We are sorry to see you go, if you are dissatisfied in anyway please give us a chance to make improvements by calling or emailing us prior to your cancellation.
